Our Management CPC training courses are designed to enable candidates to pass the CILT(UK) Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers exams required to qualify them to act as transport manager for an operator in either the road haulage or passenger transport industries.
They are suitable for anyone wishing to act as a nominated transport manager for an operator of goods or passenger vehicles but this qualification will also benefit other transport staff including supervisors, clerks, etc.
Transport Manager Refresher courses enable existing CPC holders to update their qualification, refresh their knowledge and skills and understand the systems and best practices that should be put in place to maintain legal compliance at all times. They are suitable for transport managers who wish to keep themselves up to date on the latest legislative requirements and maintain their Continuous Professional Development.
Our Transport Manager Refresher courses are suitable for either road haulage or passenger transport CPC holders, and satisfy the requirement of undertakings for refresher training issued by Traffic Commissioners. They also meet the criteria for M3 Responsible Person training set by FORS.
Operator Licence Awareness Training (OLAT) courses provide a detailed overview of the legal undertakings that apply to transport operators, and the systems and best practices that should be put in place to maintain legal compliance at all times. They are suitable for Operators, transport managers and other transport staff that wish to refresh or add to their existing knowledge.
Our OLAT courses are suitable for either goods vehicle or passenger vehicle operators, and satisfy the requirement of undertakings for awareness training issued by Traffic Commissioners. They also meet the criteria for M3 Responsible Person training set by FORS.
Initial and refresher training courses, designed to enable those attending to pass the relevant SQA exams required to obtain their first ADR certificate or to refresh an existing certificate that is due to expire.

All persons involved in the loading, handling and transportation of dangerous goods are required to undergo appropriate training to enable them to carry out their duties safely. This includes drivers who carry dangerous goods in Limited Quantities or under Transport Category Exemptions.
Our Dangerous Goods Awareness courses satisfy this requirement and provide office, warehouse, loading and driving staff with the required knowledge and skills to understand how to recognise dangerous goods, their hazards and what actions must be taken when dealing with them.
Most drivers who wish to use their HGV or PCV vocational driving licence professionally are required by law to hold a valid Driver CPC qualification, obtained by completing 35 hours of periodic training every 5 years.
